Beer, Trails, Burpees - All for a Great Cause!
Join us for an afternoon of fitness and fun, all to support our Community Assistance Center (CAC)!
Run a little, knock out some burpees, and help raise money to help neighbors in need right here in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody!
The Burpee Beer Mile is a family-friendly competition, having both a Beer and Root Beer division.
If you are not able to join us at the Chattahoochee River on May 15th, sign up to participate virtually, and get in your workout from home. It'll do your heart good, in more ways than one!
