The Race
This course is a unique one as it is the first 100 mile and ultra race held in the Canadian Interprovincial Cypress Hills Park. Runners will also reach the highest point between the Rocky Mountains and Labrador which is at 1466 meters. In addition, this course will take participants through a National Park (Fort Walsh) where history was made back in the 1800’s. Throughout this race, runners will be exposed to all types of terrain and species of wildlife. Our motto – Be Prepared. Finally, since it is rather early in the year, racers may encounter various weather conditions that could play havoc on the terrain. ENJOY!
