Kenny's Birthday 50

This year, on September 21, our founder and Chief Ground Pounder, Kenny Capps, is turning 50.

To celebrate, he's going to run 50 miles and he wants you and your friends to do 50 miles too! He's not as crazy as he sounds. YOU don't have to do it alone!

Just as if you were moving with cancer, YOU can bring friends and family to carry the load! Sign up with teams of 5 or 10 and commit to finishing a combined total 50 miles beginning September 21 and ending September 26. You can start running at 12:01am on Tuesday the 21st. All miles have to be logged by 11:59PM on September 26th.

If you're REALLY adventurous, you can run ALL 50 BY YOURSELF! We believe in you! And to support yous, Solo Runner Registration includes 1 long sleeve shirt, 1 water bottle and 1 face mask with "Ossum" on the front. Let us know if you want a red or black Mask!

Relay runners have the option order Kenny's 50 long sleeve shirts and other Throwing Bones gear any time after registration.

Upload your time and your pictures when you're finished!

There will be no awards for fastest times, but the Team who raises the most for Throwing Bones programs will receive free entry for Throwing Bones next race and admission to the 2021 Throwing Bones Shakedown Fest.

The runner up team will receive their choice of free entry to the next Throwing Bones race or the 2021 Throwing Bones Shakedown Fest
