GOAT Adventures LLC is a Mountain Guiding/Outfitting Company co-owned and run by Idaho's own professional mountain running athletes and licensed guides:

SCOTT International Mountain Athlete, Cody Lind

NikeTrail Ultra Athlete, Brittany Peterson.

Through GOAT Adventures LLC, there are now running camps designed to specifically target the skills needed to navigate technical terrain, plan your own adventure, learn the safety considerations and build foundational skills to help you go tackle your own backyard mountains and confidently run on any type of terrain that trail running races can offer!

3-Day Remote Camp Dates:

NEW for 2022!!! Advanced Camp, Beginner Camp, AND 3-Day Remote Camp! See Our additional Ultrasignup Pages for Beginner and Advanced Camp registrations.

3-Day Remote Camp:
August 12-14th, 2022

WHERE: Central, Idaho
We are welcoming you to our very own backyard training grounds - technical 12,000 ft peaks, natural Idaho hot springs, refreshing mountain lakes, stunning untouched wilderness, minimal public exposure. You will be spending 3 days and 2 nights in the remote wilderness that only the Lost River Range can provide.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This will be a tent set-up with backpacking style meals. You are encouraged to bring any of your own supplies or supplies can be provided for you. We will have a camp cook who assists in maintaining our camp while the crew is out in the mountains. This is a very rustic-style camp. You will need to have adequate gear and preparation to be in the remote mountain wilderness, including any type of condition that may arise for the 3-days.

3-Day Remote Camp: $500 with a non-refundable $150 deposit

***Due to the nature of this remote camp, it can only accommodate 5 participants

*Camp spaces are reserved for people of 21 years of age or older*

*3-Day Remote Camp is designed for intermediate to advanced trail runners, See Schedule and definition of "intermediate to advanced trail runner" for further training details. GOAT Adventures reserves the right to screen participants prior to acceptance for participation*

*Intermediate/Advanced Camp and 3-Day Remote Camp attendee requirements: You do not have to be confident on technical terrain or have significant ultra experience, but you do need to be able to handle a full day mountain adventure with time on feet. This is not an excessive mileage type camp, but it is a significant amount of "hours at exposure" type camp. You need to be aware of your limitations and strengths and be able to take direction from camp guides in order to safely navigate the more complex aspects of this camp's terrain. Ultra running and race history is preferred. Please email any questions or concerns to initiate a discussion on which camp may be best for you. All applicants are screened prior to acceptance to ensure skillset for safe participation in our camps.
