The Labor Day Mile

How fast can you run a mile?! Egress Endurance is excited to announce the first year of the Labor Day 1-mile footrace before the Labor Day Truck Parade. This one-mile race is for everyone from the elite runner to runners and families of all ages! We can’t wait to see you at the starting line for a fun and fast race!

UPDATE 8/13/22: WE NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF (50) RUNNERS TO HOLD THIS EVENT.

Start Times / Cut Off

The Race will Start at 8:30 AM.

The "Elite Runners" (5:45 mile pace or faster) will start first.
Runners will be encouraged to line up in their "pace group" and we will send groups off every 15-20 seconds after the first group has started.

CUT OFF TIME: All runners must run the mile in under 16:00 Minutes.

Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick Up times and locations will be announced soon!
We look to have pick up times on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (pre-race).

The Course

The 1-Mile course will be located in beautiful downtown Holland.
Runners will start on Lincoln Ave and East 12th St. Runners will then turn Left onto East 8th street for a straight shot to the finish.
The Finish Line will be located before Pine Ave.
