Ready to adventure on some beautiful, moderately technical trails?
This trail 5K will blow your socks off! Beautiful river views, technical rocks and roots combined with wide grassy trails, all while celebrating Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) - celebrating those who have passed that brought us so much love! Don’t miss out on this hiker-friendly race that is also a challenging blast to crush!
A few important pieces of information:
- There is no wifi or cell phone service at this event. Please plan accordingly.
- This is a fundraiser! All proceeds will be donated. The majority of the proceeds will go towards helping dogs that have been previously abused or neglected and that need behavioral or medical support to live happier, more well-adjusted lives. A small amount of the proceeds will go the Westford Conservation Committee to help maintain the beautiful trails that we will use.

As this is also a Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration, please consider emailing or bringing a picture of a loved pet who has passed that you would like to remember on this run! (email: goldenheartsevents21@gmail.com). We encourage including the pet's name and a sentence about why they are special/what they are doing in the picture. We will aim to post all photos that are emailed to us onto the trees of the trail so that everyone can enjoy their beautiful faces! We will have a posterboard at registration where we will post all photos brought the day of, and where everyone can write names of any loved ones who have passed (furry or not!)
