Don't get left high and dry!
This is a most unique triathlon. It begins with a 3-mile road and trail run. Next is a 13-mile bike ride on paved rural roads to Dauset Nature Center and back. The event ends with a 1-2 mile paddle (kayak, canoe or paddle board - your choice) on High Falls State Park Lake.
Awards
T-shirts to all participants and commemorative towels to all finishers! Special prizes to the top three males and females in each 10-year age group.
