Race Details

Welcome to Sisters Country! Kick off summer training with our spring 50K and Half Marathon trail race in beautiful Sisters Oregon. Both courses start and finish at Village Green Park in the heart of Sisters. This will be a fun day of trail racing as we gear up for race season!

50K

This race has incredible views of the Cascade Peaks - most notably the Three Sisters. There is 2400ft of climbing and 2400ft of descending - making it a fast 50K. With 5 fully stocked aid stations and generous cut-off times, it is a great course for those wanting to try their first ultra marathon. The course is 85% single track trails and 15% gravel road.

Half Marathon

With only 700ft of climbing, this will be a fast trail half marathon or a great choice for those bumping up to the half marathon distance. 95% of the race is on single track trails with great views, running amongst Ponderosa Pines. There are 2 aid stations along the course. With a generous cut-off time, this will be the perfect event for participants wanting to attempt their first trail half marathon. 

Refunds

There are no transfers to other runners. No exceptions. Runners who must cancel their registration more than 30 days prior to the race can opt for a 50% credit toward the same event the following year. If your cancellation is 30 days or less from your race day, there is no credit, no refund, no transfer. No exceptions. Please do not ask us to break our policy. In the event Alpine Running is forced to cancel a race for any reason and the event can not be feasibly rescheduled, refunds/race credits/rollovers will not be given. This includes, but not limited to, COVID-19, wildfires, air quality, natural disasters, permitting agency closures, etc.

Important:Refund Guarantee doesn't cover event cancellations or postponements. As stated in the waiver, entry fees are non-refundable if the event is cancelled. Refund Guarantee only covers you personally not being able to participate.
