About

This scenic race will feature three distances: a Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K, offering something for runners of all abilities. Participants will experience beautiful single-track trails, rolling terrain, and sweeping views of the surrounding Castle Rock landscape. The park’s extensive trail network winds through valleys, hills, and natural open space, creating a fun and challenging course for every distance.

-Start/Finish line will be at the Miller Activity Center
1375 W Plum Creek Pkwy, Castle Rock, CO 80109
-Parking is plentiful, be kind!
-Marathon will begin at 0800am
-Half will begin at 0900am
-5k will begin at 0930am
-10 hour course cutoff for Marathon
-An email will go out to all participants the week of
-We are a cup free event! Bring your own or buy a reusable collapsible cup for $5 at bib pickup

Swag

Marathon/half will recieve a custom nalgene, finisher socks, and a t-shirt
5K will recieve a t-shirt and finisher socks

Aid Stations

There will be 2 aid stations; start/finish line and on course at approximately 4.15 and 8.25 miles in.
Water/Skratch, chips, cookies, bananas, vegetable soup/broth, and an assortment of salty/sweet snacks will be available. We will have sandwiches at the start/finish line
This is a cup-less event.
We prefer you to use a cup or bottle that you already have. You can also purchase a Running Wild reusable cup during packet pickup for $5 (cash/venmo no credit card)
