7:00 AM – 10K Ruck

Participants must carry a minimum 15-pound ruck or weighted vest throughout the entire course.
A water source (hydration pack or water bottle) is required.

7:30 AM – 10K Run

8:00 AM – 5K Run

8:30 AM – Family Fun Run

We strongly encourage all participants to pick up their race packets on Friday to help ensure a smooth and timely race morning.

Every registered runner receives a FREE all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast following their event.

Family members, friends, and spectators are welcome to join us for just $7.00 per person for an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast.
