Course Description
4.5 mile loop of nearly 100% single track trail the runs around the beautiful Hargus Lake. Rolling hills with roughly 450 feet of gain per loop, no major climbs. There are a few creek crossings that are weather dependent on if you will get wet on not.
Cutoffs
No Cutoffs for the 4.5 mile race or Half Marathon.
Solo 12 hour races must be on the final loop before the final hour.
24 hour relay must be on last loop before 8:15 am.
All laps must be completed before 9am Sunday morning to count.
Aid Stations/Crew/ Pacers
There will be one full aid station at the Start/ Finish
Aid station will be well stocked with water, soda electrolytes hot food, traditional snack and more.
Runners are welcome to set up a tent/ table near the start/ finish (10x10 canopy max)
Crew Access is allowed at The Start/Finish transition area only.
Please DO NOT access your runner at the campground
PACERS:
Runners are welcome to have pacers anytime after 12pm on Saturday. One pacer at a time. Each pacer must be registered as a pacer on UltraSignup (under volunteers). Pacers must wear pacer bib (one Pacer bib per runner, can be shared from pacer to pacer). Pacers must complete the full loop with runner. Do not start/ stop pacing anywhere else on course.
Awards
ALL finisher will receive a Finishers award (woodal)
TOP 3 M/F of each solo distance with receive a Podium Award
Team awards will be given to Top Male/Female/Coed teams. Additional team awards may be added depending on number of registered teams.
Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be at the race site unless otherwise determined.
Mandatory Gear
For ALL Runners
-Minimum capacity of 16oz hydration
For 12 hour races and 24 hour races only.
2 headlamps (or one with extra batteries)
Foil emergency blanket
Whistle
Tent Setup
Tent Setup will be all day Friday June 4, no scheduled time required.
If you are unable to set up Friday you may set up race morning after 7:30am.
Follow direction of staff and volunteers for tent locations.
Refund Policy
*****Refund policy: RunFluent LLC does not issue refunds on race registrations due to the fact that funds are utilized as they are received to prepare for our upcoming events. In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend, we will offer deferrals to any future RunFluent LLC event for the amount equal to your registration fee. Note* Deferrals must be made 4 weeks from the event date. No changes to registrations will be accepted after May 8, 2027
