Lokalz 50km

Lokalz is a free, self guided urban adventure that provides a fun run around some of Peoria's most iconic spots. Enjoy the camaraderie of this self navigated citysplore. This event is completely unsupported meaning no markers and no official air stations. However, there are many local businesses along the way so be prepared to support your local economy for drinks and snacks as your take in the sights of Peoria.

You will receive an official route to follow in both GPX form and written instructions. You’ll find your RDs cheering you along the way with some special treats to keep you moving. Download the GPX to your device or bring a copy of the written directions and join us this holiday season for the magic of running!

We will kick off the race at 6am at the Alta Road trail head. You must finish back at the trailhead no later than 4pm. Take advantage of this last run of the year! All runners are invited to meet post finish at the Last Chance Saloon to celebrate. Logistical details will be available on the website and emailed before the race, so keep your eyes peeled this December! Happy Running!
