Registration Information

•All race registrations will be taken ONLINE ONLY via UltraSignup - No refunds and no trannsfers
1st, 2nd, 3rd for each age group.
Top 3 men overall and top 3 female overall.
If top finishers are not able to stay for the awards ceremony awards may be mailed at participant's expense.

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3th and Saturday, March 4th 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at the Tims Ford Bass Club. If you are not racing you may also pick up your packet onsite after the race. Race packets will not be mailed.

Please consider the first 1.5 miles will be the same for the 5K and 10K. We hope to release the course volunteers and course safety team around 10:30 a.m..

Course description

The first 1.5 miles will be the same for the 5K and 10K. The 5K course is approximately 2.5 miles of grass fields and .5 mile single track. The 10K is approximately 2 miles of grass fields and 4 miles of single track.

Registration changes/transfers

Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year or person. No exceptions. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.

Aid Stations

5K Aid Station 1.2 mile .
10K Aid Station 1.2 mile, 2.5 mile and 4.3 mile.

Race Policies

The purpose of these policies is to ensure the run’s integrity as well as for the safety of all those involved. Violations of any rules or directives may be grounds for disqualification. •Each runner’s official run bib number must be worn prominently on the front of the body and must be easily visible at all times. •Runners must follow the marked trails at all times. Any runner departing from the official trail must return to the point of departure on foot before continuing. •Littering of any kind is prohibited. Please respect the trails and the right of everyone to enjoy them. •Runners must refrain from any act of bad sportsmanship.
