Run Life Events is looking forward to the Donut Strikes Back Trail Race.
The race consists of 1, 2 or 3 loops of the Sierra Trail at Watchung Reservation. Back for another year is the 2-person relay broken into 5-mile segments. The first runner will meet their partner at the Deserted Village aid station. A shuttle will be provided to bring runners back to the start. We are also sticking to the wave start for the 10-milers to limit the chance for having to have a waitlist. Each aide station will be stocked with water, fresh fruit, trail mix, donuts and all your favorite trail race stand-bys.
Participants will receive custom race tees. We will be going back to the camp mugs for finishers upon completion. There will be an official race photographer that will be on the course to capture all the action. Those photos will be available for free download!!! We are currently working with several local brewers to supply one complimentary craft beer to each registered runner. One additional beer ticket will be available for purchase during registration. (beer will not be available for sale on race day) More surprises in store on race day!!!
Family & friends can purchase passes to our outdoor celebration including a BBQ, music, crafts & games where they can hang out while you're on the trails.
****As a reminder, this will be a CUPLESS RACE and you will be responsible for carrying something to hold the water and fluids that we will provide.
****Shirts and finisher pint glasses will only be guaranteed to those who register by the August 18th deadline.
