ELC is the benefactor of the Octopus Ultra. The Environmental Learning Center is leading the way for all of us to follow in preserving and loving our land and wildlife. The ELC is a non profit with many activities educating our children to the benefits of responsible living. The ELC has partnered with Vero X Events in brining you The Vero Beach Octopus Ultra.
