All runners will be served a meal after they finish. This is for both Saturday and Sunday races. Optional meals include Friday night and Saturday breakfast. All food will be served in the Mt. Ashland Lodge.

Friday Dinner: A pasta dinner with a veggie option. Pasta, meat or veggie sauce, salad, dessert. 6pm-9pm .

Saturday Breakfast: Coffee, oatmeal, coffee, toast and coffee 4am-7:30am -

Post race food:: Pulled pork or veggie burger, cole slaw, chips, fruit. Optional meal purchase for crew, family or anyone else you talked into waiting for you.
