The $35 Fee is per RV, per night. If you plan to have an RV for say 3 nights, please pick a quantity of 3 and you'll be charged $105. RV parking does not include meals. Individual meal tickets can be purchased for $12 for breakfast and $15 for dinner. There are 8 RV spots available in 2025 and there are no hook-ups.

If you wish to have guests enter Pathfinder Ranch and you are not reserving indoor cabin bunking for them, you will need to buy a daily pass for the days they visit. Each daily pass covers 24 consecutive hours. Guests can tent and/or car camp. As an example, if you have 2 guests who want to visit the Ranch on Thursday and Friday, you would buy 2 Thursday passes for $20 each and 2 Friday passes for $20 each. Please don't forget to buy meal tickets if your guests plan to eat meals served by Pathfinder Ranch & the BLU team.

If you gave guests, family, or crew who want to join us for breakfast and/or dinner, please buy a meal ticket for the days and meals they would like. This is also a good option for folks who are RV parking and want meals. Example: Say you have one guest staying Friday & Saturday and they want breakfast and dinner both days. You would buy a breakfast ($12) and dinner ($15) meal ticket for both days (4 meal total of $54). As a reminder, guest meals are only included in the indoor guest bunking option. Also, since food is ordered well in advance of the event, meal tickets will not be sold at the venue.

Would you like to have crew, family or friends stay inside your assigned bunkhouse cabin and enjoy the meals and festivities with you? Do you want to stay longer than the nights included in your race distance? The cost is $75 per person, per night and INCLUDES daily breakfast and dinner. Only 30 bunkhouse beds will be available for family and friends in 2025 with most of these beds held for 3 and 4 night stays, with fewer bunkhouse beds available for 1 & 2 night stays. Please understand we rent the entire camp and are trying to maximize bed usage. The attached is an illustrative example of a Pathfinder Ranch Bunkhouse cabin. Each of the 5 bunkhouses have different configurations. Importantly, they are all communal bunkhouses with Male and Female restrooms/showers.

Scale Pathfinder Ranch's 30 ft tall man-made, wooden rock climbing structure. Trained Pathfinder Ranch staff belay climbers. Minimum age is 7. Participation is limited to 20 individuals and the session is subjected to cancelation if there are not 15 participants. Full refund will be issued if session is canceled.

The Alpine Tower is a versatile, 50 ft, hourglass tower utilizing two interlocking tripods. The Alpine Tower design provides ropes course experiences for individuals and small groups, allows programs to teach the basics of rock climbing and mountaineering techniques, and offers a wide variety of group problem solving initiatives at the Tower’s base. The Alpine Tower height and route options allow for challenges and variations to meet the needs of a diverse range of people, and provide participants with a ropes course that may be revisited many times. Minimum age is 7. Participation is limited to 20 individuals and the session is subjected to cancelation if there are not 10 participants. Full refund will be issued if session is canceled.
