Baggage Transfer Service - $64.00

A limited baggage transfer service (max. weight 23kg and max. size 56x40x23cm) from Conwy to Fort William for those travelling to the event via public transport and going straight on to an airport or train station after the event. For Dragon’s Fire and Dragon’s Tail participants, no additional baggage transfer service is offered, as we assume you can include additional belongings within your main dry bag weight limit.

Pre-made kit which will save you a lot of hassle sourcing the separate parts (although please note: this does not contain kinesiology tape or small scissors). If ordered as part of your entry it will be available for collection at registration on Saturday May 16, 2026. You can also buy it in our online shop and have it shipped to the US in advance although that will cost extra for shipping.

Pre-Event coach - $27.56

Reserve a coach transfer from Cardiff (main entrance to the castle by the finish) to the registration venue in Conwy (start), departing at 10am on Sunday September 6 (registration day)
. If you do not book this we assume you are making your own way to registration.
For Dragon’s Tail competitors, a mandatory coach transfer from Cardiff to camp 4 is included in the entry fee

Post Event Coach - $29.00

Reserve a coach transfer from Cardiff (near the finish venue at the castle) back to Conwy (start town), departing at 9am on Sunday September 13 (day after the finish).
If you do not book this we assume you are making your own onwards travel arrangements.
For Dragon’s Fire participants, a coach transfer from camp 2 back to Conwy is included in the entry fee.
