Ozark Foothills Endurance Runs is now part of the Trail Mix Fund!
In an effort to improve diversity in trail racing and remove a potential barrier for the under-served and under-represented, the Trail Mix Fund pays the race registration fee for runners who cannot afford it or aren’t sure they belong in the sport.
We also believe that there are more BIPOC & LGBTQ+ people who would like to race and would enjoy being part of the community but aren’t comfortable taking that step of signing up to race. Waiving the registration fee alone won’t solve this problem, but maybe it can help some.
Terrain Trail Runners-STL's partnership with the Trail Mix Fund began in December 2025, and we hope you'll consider donating or applying!

This is the official UltraSignup registration page for the 2027 Ozark Foothills 100Mi, 100K, 50Mi, 50K, Night-50K, Marathon, 25K, 25K RUCK and Kids Fun Run. Registration for the 2027 events will open on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM CST and will close on Wednesday, March 30, 2027, at 11:59 PM CST or once the field limit has been met.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We ask that you do not register until you have taken the time to review the official race website HERE and familiarize yourself with general race information, race rules, deadlines, entry fees, field limits, registration, and refund policies, etc.
