Welcome to the 2nd annual Night Wolf 5k/10k!
It’s time to relive some old courses and fun summer nights out on the trails!
There will be a 5k held at 7pm featuring an old favorite course - with a bit of an extension to take it the distance!
Immediately following will be the 10k at sunset going the opposite direction on the trails. Once again an old course is featured taking you to the triangle and back.
Generally these trails are in decent condition but there have been years of extreme mud and water on the course so expect anything. These are tough bridle trails, not your well-groomed MTB trails. 5k should have 500ft+ gain and the 10k 650ft+ gain.
5k will not require a headlamp, but your return trip on the 10k will. Please be ready to navigate the trails in the dark!
WE WANT YOU TO RUN BOTH! 15k total! Click on the Night Wolf double and you will run the 5k first followed by the 10k! Prize for each race individually but also overall!
Parking, Swag, Etc.
Parking will be at Shelter 2 and packet pickup starting at 6pm.
Both races will start at this location.
There will be overall winner awards for the 5k, 10k, and combined for M/F.
Random prize drawing.
There will be a light piece of swag, and stay after for a summer cookout featuring grilled food (with no-meat option as well) and beverages provided. Stay and celebrate the good times!
