Join us on August 25 at 8:30 a.m. for the inaugural Triple Dam 10K. The event starts and finishes at the Power Dam Recreation Area off of Maple St. in Perkinsville, VT. The course is a trail race on mostly gently rolling terrain and includes a little bit of wet fun near the end.

This is a benefit for Springfield High School Cross Country.

Entry Fees:
Register by August 22: $30
In-Person Registration at Packet Pick-up on Aug 24: $35 (Cash or Check only)
In-Person Registration on Race Day: $40 (Cash or Check only)

Packet Pick-up:
Saturday, August 24: 3-5 p.m. at the corner of Maple St and Drumlin Rd, Perkinsville, VT, right next to the pond.
Sunday, August 25: 7:15-8:15 a.m. at Power Dam Recreation Area

Post-Run: We will have water, Nuun electrolyte drink, beer, and snacks (including popsicles!). Bring your swimsuit and the whole fam to enjoy the best swimming hole in the area at the Power Dam.

Prizes:
5K: 1st place Female and Male Overall and Masters (50+)
Plus whatever other fun, random prizes we decide to award

Parking: There is plenty of room for parking by the start/finish area. We encourage carpooling.

Refunds: No refunds, transfers to other runners, or transfers to other years. If you cannot run for any reason, please know your entry is going to a good cause. It’s a donation to the Springfield High School Cross Country Team. They thank you for your support.

Weather: It’ll likely be warm and humid, and that’s why we have a river crossing near the finish, and have the best swimming hole in the area right by the event.

Music / Dogs: Music players are allowed, but please run with only one earbud in, be aware of other runners and traffic (there is a short road section near the North Springfield Dam where there may be cars), and use general caution. Well-behaved short-leashed dogs who enjoy post-race doggie treats are allowed.

If you’re unable to join us in-person but still want to get your Triple Dam-on and make a donation to Springfield High School Cross Country, then register for our Virtual Triple Dam 10K for $10. We’ll make sure your donation gets to the harriers and if you send us your result, we’ll post your time in our Results section.

The Triple Dam 10K operates under a special use permit with the US Army Corps of Engineers, and is an equal opportunity outdoor recreation service provider.
