Nanny Goat 6/12/24/100

2600 Grace Street

Riverside, CA 24hrs, 12hrs

This Event Took Place Sat. May 23, 2009

Description

RD Shelli Sexton and family are delighted to invite you to the 14th running of Nanny Goat 12/24/100. The race will take place over Memorial Day Weekend (May 28-29, 2022).
As in previous years, the Sexton family are kindly opening their private horse ranch in Riverside, CA to host the race. The course is a flat, 1-mile, mostly dirt/grass loop with good footing and a trail wide enough to allow easy passing. Support is never more than a half mile away.
The goal is to complete as many laps as possible within the allotted time, either solo (6hr, 12hr, or 24hr) or as a relay team of up to 4 runners (24hr). Participants entered in and who finish the 100-mile race in under 30 hours will receive a buckle; those finishing sub-24 hours will receive a special buckle. Relay teams who complete a cumulative total of 100 miles within 24 hours will receive a special relay team buckle (one buckle for each team member). Participants entered in the 6hr, 12hr and 24hr races will receive a medal.
Nanny Goat has always been a family and crew friendly race. We are so excited that we will again be able to offer the full Nanny Goat experience including camping, swimming, kids activities etc. All participants are required to understand, agree to, and follow the rules. We have just a few. Up-to-date information will be posted on our website www.wildhorseracing.net.
