Buck 50
Join us on October 5th for the Buck 50. This 50 kilometer ultra course covers some of the most beautiful terrain in the southern Adirondacks on the shores of Lake George. Trek over four of Lake George's tallest peaks on rugged, remote trails, climbing 9000 ft.

Registration
Due to the challenging logistics of this event, and the equally challenging aspects of the race itself, we will be asking for prior ultra-trail experience for all participants. When registering for this race, you will be asked to provide relevant experience and be added to the waitlist so that we can review your information. We will then add you from the waitlist after reviewing.

Course
The course will start at Camp Chingachgook and follow a dirt path to the Buck Mountain trail. The course will go over Buck Mountain and connect to the Sleeping Beauty trail via Shelving Rock/Dacy Clearing Rd. The course will then go over Sleeping Beauty and connect to the Black Mountain trail via Fishbrook Pond. The course then summits Black Mountain and drops to Black Mountain Point on the shore of Lake George. The course then climbs over the shoulder of Erebus Mountain and connects back to Dacy Clearing Rd. Finally, the course will mirror the start of the race by climbing back over Buck Mountain and finishing back at Camp Chingachgook.
