Welcome to the Middle Creek Meltdown
Get your legs ready for some of the most beautiful single-track trails and rolling hills outside of La Cygne Kansas. 45 minutes south of Kansas City, we've built trails designed to test your legs and lungs; with 1k feet of elevation per loop, you'll get to experience it head-on. The 15-mile race features three 5-mile loops, the 10-mile race features two 5-mile loops while and the 5-miler is one shot around.
We also have a 5-mile option for kids should you have a young runner that you would accompany for one of your laps. Sign up your kiddos under the "Kids 5 Mile," and please plan on running with them for their lap (no kids are allowed to run solo).
Welcome to La Cygne KS
288 acres to play around at 24942 Saddler Road, La Cygne KS, 66040.

Course Description
Up and down. Down and up. You're going to cover some vertical on a FAST track that was custom-built for trail races - 90% of which is smooth and obstacle-free. Starting off at the bridge the first mile is a double-wide track which is perfect for passing and thinning out the herd. From there you dive into the gorgeous single track and get a chance to experience the topography eastern Kansas has to offer.
Please be aware that this is a trail race and the mileage for the loop/course is approximate and you may end up running a little over the estimated 5MI per loop.
