About the Event
Enjoy a beautiful run or walk on a loop course next to the ocean. In the early morning participants should benefit from cloud cover eventually clearing for sunny skies, throughout the day there is typically either an onshore or offshore breeze.

About the Course
One mile loop
10' of elevation gain/loss (flat)
97% asphalt with a small dirt section
The course is not closed and is open to pedestrians, animals/wildlife, cyclists, and motor vehicles. Its imperative participants are alert and responsible for their safety.
Parking
There is sufficient long term parking adjacent to the course, take note of signs.
Recommendation, park in dirt lot as indicated near the start.
Aid Stations
Due to the nature of the event, each participant must be self supported. The course will allow access to their car/aid station each lap
Aid will not be provided.
Restrooms
There are permanent restrooms as part of the park facilities, these are on course.
First Aid / Medical
First Aid or Medical services will not be provided. We trust that you can manage your own care and minor aches/tiredness.
