Race Description
Hammer Down Multisport is excited to host our third, annual 15K or 50K individual trail race. The race will take place at Panama City Beach Conservation Park. The Park encompasses over 2900 acres with 24 miles of trails and over a mile of boardwalks leading through cypress domes. The park is a popular destination for locals and visitors. The City established the Panama City Beach Conservation Park in cooperation with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for runners, hikers, bikers, and just nature lovers. This is a beautiful, FLAT compact sand trail (some gravel in places). It's perfect for either a first race, a PR and everything in between. We provide a generous 9 hour cut off time. The race will end at 4 p.m. Their will be water, gatorade and snacks on the course. Afterwards, there will be food for your enjoyment. We recommend that you also bring your own fluids. The 15k is one loop on the course, and the 50K will be three loops. Packet pick up will be at Fleet Feet on Friday, March 13th from 4 - 6 p.m. Their address is 11299 US 98, c-104 Inlet Beach, FL 32461. There will also be packet pickup the morning of the race from 6 a.m. - 7 a.m.
