Race Overview
Experience the challenge of East Texas at night with the Eastern Legend at Mission Tejas State Park. Choose from distances ranging from 5K to 50K, including a 10K RUCK, and take control of your race by selecting one of two 5K loop options—either the steeper 3.01-mile loop with 350 feet of elevation gain or the longer, less hilly 3.09-mile loop with 287 feet of gain. This night run promises a rugged, rewarding course for runners seeking to test their limits.

Runners may receive a full race credit to any race of their choosing with a minimum 14-day notice. Race credits cannot be transferred for notices less than 14 days. We do not offer full refunds. Receive your credit by canceling your registration. To cancel, log into Ultrasignup > Registration History and select “Edit” to cancel your race. Your credit needs to be used within one year. If you need an extended time to use your credit due to medical reasons (including pregnancy) or military deployments, please reach out beforehand.
We proudly offer discounts for all active duty military & first responders. Please email texasoutlawrunning@gmail.com with an ID of your profession to claim your discount.
Please note, Texas Outlaw Running Company does not ship out race apparel or medals if a runner does not show up for the race.
