Mountain Tiger Donner Summit

Mountain Tiger is a point-to-point mountain trail race on Donner Summit in Tahoe.

We believe hard mountain runs that don't take the commitment of ultramarathons are the best. They're the type of races we love and we want to bring more options to the community, starting right in our backyard.

That's why we're hosting Mountain Tiger Donner Summit – an 11 mile, point to point trail race featuring four summits and lots of ridge running on Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge's incredible trails.

Course Details

The 11 mile race features singletrack, technical trails, smooth fire roads, and four summits in Sugar Bowl's iconic ridgeline with 3,300 feet of elevation gain. The race begins at an altitude of 7,000 feet and features plenty of challenging terrain for both new and seasoned runners. With a race cutoff of 5:00 we welcome one and all.

Registration

Entry is $95 plus fees. Your entry includes transportation via group shuttle from the finish line to the start line, a necessary pre-race step for the point-to-point race.

Runners will also receive post-race meal & drink tickets, an entry to the post-race raffle, and a unique finisher's item.
