Groovy Granite 2025
Welcome back to Groovy Granite! For the second year, this trail running race returns on Treaty 1 territory, passing through Manitoba's scenic Lee River region, at the historic AECL Underground Research Laboratory site.
This land holds significance as the ancestral home of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, Dene Peoples, and the Métis Nation.
Run along the rim of a vast granite batholith, offering views of the Lee River, Boreal Forest, and Canadian Shield. Challenge yourself on fast flowing trails with technical sections and punchy climbs.
