2026 Riley Trails 13.1, 10K, & Ruck Challenge

The 2026 Riley Trails 13.1, 10K, & Ruck Challenge marks the 9th year of this beloved trail event—and an important new chapter in its evolution.

This year will be the first without the full marathon option, a difficult but intentional decision made to better prioritize the safety and overall experience of our runners, staff, volunteers, and the Riley Trails community parks. By streamlining distances, we’re able to provide a safer, more focused event while preserving the challenging, scenic trail experience participants have come to love.

Set on the rugged and beautiful trails of Riley Trails, this event offers runners and ruckers the opportunity to test themselves, embrace the grind, and accomplish something meaningful alongside a supportive community.

100% of event proceeds benefit the Egress Endurance Project, whose mission is to help individuals battling addiction find a positive outlet through endurance sport. Through movement, structure, consistency, and community, the Egress Endurance Project empowers individuals to pursue healing, resilience, and long-term recovery.

Whether you’re racing, rucking, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps turn miles into momentum—and effort into hope.

Packet Pick-Up

The 2026 Packet Pick-up will be held at Benjamin's Hope by the Start/Finish Line.

Saturday (Race Morning) Aug. 15th, From 7:00 AM - 7:50 AM

Cancellation,Refunds and Bib-Transfers

This event will be held rain or shine! There are NO refunds for this event, you may however transfer your Bib to another runner or submit for special consideration to transfer your entry to another Egress Endurance Event. If a bib transfer needs to take place or there is a switch to any relay teams, please reach out to egressendurance@gmail.com

T-Shirts

T-shirts can be added to your race-entry order for an additional charge! We do this so that runners who do not want an event t-shirt can save some of that $$$. :)
T-Shirts orders must be in by 8/1/2026 to receive a shirt on race day.
T-shirt sizes are listed in "Men's/unisex" sizes.

Aid Station

We’re excited to announce that this year’s aid station, located at Riley Trails, will be expertly managed by our sponsor, Gazelle Sports! Positioned strategically every 4 miles along the course, this station ensures you’re always supported when you need it most.

At the aid station, you’ll find a selection of pre-packaged snacks, refreshing drinks, and Skratch Labs hydration products to keep you fueled and hydrated throughout the race. While we’ve got you covered, feel free to bring your own nutrition to suit your personal needs.
