ALL ENTRANTS MUST CARRY A WATER BOTTLE OR HYDRATION DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE.
While the aid stations are spaced less than 3 miles apart, this is a hilly, hot, and humid trail event.
If you are a roadrunner, a 10-1/2 minute pace on this course will feel like a 7-minute pace on pavement. Therefore, it will take substantially longer to navigate between aid stations.
Carry and use your personal hydration device.
