Sage Rats!! Get your running shoes ready, because this year’s new and improved Sage Rat Run and Scramble is underway! Runners and walkers, families and friends, come on Saturday, May 20, 2017 for fitness, food and FUN! We have a challenge for you...HOW MANY LOOPS CAN YOU RUN!?! As you know, Sage Rats enjoy scrambling here, there and everywhere! Especially when they are on the run from DINOSAURS!! Now, you can join them in running as many 5K loops as your heart desires- and you get a medal to prove it!

Where: Prosser, WA
When: Saturday, May 20th, 2017 8:00AM
What: Make a goal and then do it!! 5K, 10K, 12K, 13.1, 26.2, 100mi, 200mi, 3000mi….The sky is the limit. Endless possibilities.
1 loop= 3.1 miles.

Please Note this will be a SELF TIMED course...
We will have a race clock, but no chip timing

Medal

The biggest Half Marathon finishing medal in Washington State? The Northwest? The USA? A massive 6 inch themed Sage Rat medal for 2017. In 2013, Sage Rat Run had an impressive 5 inch Sage Rat Volcano Medal, due to the anniversary of Mount St Helens’ eruption. The Little Rock Marathon claims to have the largest “marathon” finishing medal in the country at around 8 inches and around a 4 inch medal for their Half Marathon. The 2017 Sage Rat Run will have an AWESOME 6" Dinosaur themed Sage Rat Medal! Caution: Do Not Wear This Medal Near Water. Is there a bigger Half Marathon finishing medal in Washington? In the Northwest? In the USA? We have no one that has challenged us yet. Not only will it be big, we are claiming that it will be the coolest finishing medal with a rat that you will receive in 2017. If we are wrong about having the coolest, biggest, medal in the Northwest, please let us know so we can try harder, we want to be number one.
