Teanaway Country 100

The Teanaway Country 100 course begins and ends in Salmon La Sac. The course traverses the Teanaway Valley from west to east and then back again. Over the course of 100 miles, you’ll be treated to some of the most spectacular terrain Washington has to offer. With approximately 32,000 feet of cumulative gain, this course will test even the most seasoned trail runner. Though the TC100 will be incredibly challenging, the 40 hour cut-off, the plentifully stocked aid stations, the upbeat volunteers, and the incredible scenery will make this feel like a stroll in the park…a very, very hilly park.

100 runner limit.

$10 from every registration goes to the Trail Mixed Collective.

Teeny-Way 50k

Truth be told, there is nothing ‘teeny’ about this race. Sure, it’s a less committed undertaking than its older 100-mile sibling, but this race is going to be tough. There aren’t many 50ks out there more challenging than this. But if you’re looking for a beautiful, rugged, mountain 50k with stunning views and great volunteers, then look no further than our race. With over 11,000 feet of climbing, the 50k will offer an abridged tour of this ruggedly beautiful and beautifully rugged region. And the best news...you still get to run through the Lake Ann basin!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO RIDES AVAILABLE FOR DROPS AT VAN EPPS OR GALLAGHER HEAD LAKE. If you drop from the event, you will need to hike out. These aid stations are only vehicle accessed via 4wd trails, and our volunteers cannot leave the aid station to drive runners back to the start. Of course, if there's a medical emergency, we have the ability to extract an injured runner.

100 spots available.

$10 from every registration goes to the Trail Mixed Collective.

About the event

What begin as a dream way back in 2010, finally came to fruition in 2018. That September marked the inaugural running of the Teanaway Country 100. The Teanaway Country 100 continues to be our pinnacle event. However, a 100 mile run with 33,000 feet of climbing is not everyone's cup of tea. So, we're very excited to be adding a 50k option. The 50k is a teeny version of the 100 mile race, matching the elevation mile per mile of it's older sibling. Both races pack a walloping punch of beauty and hardship.
