Course Summary

Welcome to the 6th annual Whiskey Basin Trail Runs! These endurance runs take place in and around the mile city of Prescott, Arizona along the scenic Prescott Circle Trail which encompasses the entire town. The point to point 91-kilometer trail run runs the entire circle loop starting and finishing at Watson Lake Park.

Courses for 30K & 60K TBD. Depending on our permit allowance by the Prescott National Forest, we are tentatively keeping alternative routes designed for the 2020 race as an option. Upon confirmation, we will announce if the alternative course will apply for 2021 or if we return to the original Prescott Circle Trail for the 30K and 60K.

All distances finish at Watson Lake with the majestic Granite Dell rock formation serving as the finish line view.

The Most Beautiful & Challenging 10K and Half

An ultra challenge packed into 13 miles! Runners from the inaugural Whiskey Basin 10K in 2019 exclaimed that this 10K and Half Marathon was the "most difficult, most beautiful, and most unexpected" course they've ever run. Expect to be WOW'd by the variety and beauty of a course that highlights newly built trails winding through the stunningly beautiful Granite Dells and around Watson Lake!
