About Farmdale
The Nineteenth Farmdale Endurance Trail Runs will be held October 12-13, 2024. Come join us for the 10K and ½ marathon, or the 30-mile, 50-mile or 100-mile Ultras!
Located between East Peoria, Washington and Morton, IL, Farmdale is an 800-acre hidden gem maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers and volunteer organizations. With miles and miles of meandering single-track trail, service road and open prairie, Farmdale is the perfect stage for a premier trail race. If you enjoy trails and haven’t been to Farmdale, what are you waiting for? Here’s your chance!
Start Times/Time Limits/Drop Downs
**Subject to change**10K and Half Marathon races will start at 8 AM with a 9 hour time limit. The 30-mile race begins at 7 AM and the 50-mile and 100-mile races will start at 5 AM with a 32 hour cutoff. we allow for the 100 mile to drop down at 50 miles if you decide you can only complete 50 miles. You must stop at Mile 50 to be presented an award. Just to be clear - The difference between race costs will NOT be refunded if this occurs. Awards will not be granted if you quit at mile 60, 70,80 or 90. Those will be considered a DNF.
Awards & Swag
Participants will receive a shirt and finisher medal.
50 & 100 mile finishers receive buckles.
50 & 100 milers will receive some extra swag yet TBD but it will be worth it!
Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be located at Farmdale Reservoir located at 810 W Bittersweet Rd, Washington, IL on Friday October 11th beginning at 4pm till 9pm. If you are unable to pick up between those times please come no later than 45 minutes to an hour prior to your race start time.
Aid Stations/Pacers/Crew
We'll try to have a good variety of food at the aid stations in hope that everyone will find something to fit their fancy. However, for those with strict dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing your own food. We can happily cook it for you!
Pacers are allowed after completion of your first loop..
Crew access is at the Start/Finish Aid Station only!
Camping
Camping is available beginning at 3pm on Friday October 11th, please ask for best places to set up when checking in. Anyone camping must be packed up loaded out by 1pm Sunday, October 13th. *Porta potties will be on site*
Trailers/Campers - The park can accommodate a few but space is limited. You must get permission in advance. Priority will be given to those running the longer distances.
