You will be challenged on one of the hardest 8K and 5K trail races anywhere around!! The bonus is that these are all PRIVATE trails within Camp Cedar Cliff, and so this race gives you the only opportunity to enjoy their beauty. Are you up for the challenge? Wanting to squeeze in some elevation training before an upcoming race like Cradle to Grave? Or looking to work out the legs since you are recovering from the Hellbender 100? Do you want to help out a great camp for kids (all money earned goes straight to the camp)? Do you love the idea of cash prizes? Do you just want to enjoy the majestic woods of the WNC mountains?
