Runners will be responsible for getting back to the start from Waimea to Hilo or Mauna Kea Access Road intersection.
Relay teams MUST PULL OFF THE ROAD TO SWAP RUNNERS. Anyone found blocking the road, blocking runners, or not pulling off completely and safely to swap runners, will disqualify their entire team. This is the only warning.
