There will be very loose cutoffs in the 10K and 1/2 Marathon. Our goal is to get more and more people into this awesome sport that is trail running, no matter what your experience level is. However, we would suggest that if you are not able to maintain 14 minute miles for 50K, that you please consider doing the 10K or 1/2 Marathon. There will be a hard cutoff of 15:28 mi/pace for the 50K which works out to be 8 hours.

There are no refunds, deferrals, credits or friend / family transfers on entries. We do not mail shirts or medals to participants unable to make the event as left over shirts are donated.

Aid Stations

Aid stations will have individual water bottles. Please drink or empty the entire bottle before throwing it away. Please do not take the water bottle or trash down the trail with you. Your mom will not be there to pick up after you and we want to be respectful to the race event staff, volunteers, park etc. We will also have a hodge podge of individually wrapped snacks (pretzels, cakes, crackers, candy etc). SOME aid stations will have gatorade and the 50K aid stations only will have coke.

Approximate mileage markers for aid for each race:

10K: 2.2, 3.6mi
Half Marathon: 2.2mi, 7.3mi, 9.2mi
50K: 2.2mi, 6.6mi, 9.3mi, 13.5mi, 17.6mi (also the cutoff mark, must be under 15:28mi/pace), 21.7mi, 23.4mi, 28.7mi (several of the 50K aid stations you hit on the way out and the way back from miles 17.6+)
