Overview
The 24 Hour Lions Roar is a 6/12/24 hour run, 24 Hour Tag Team Championship run, and 1 hour cub run that helps raise important needed funds for Pascale's Pals, a local volunteer organization that benefits the children and families staying at the Children's Hospital in Columbia, MO.
The 2025 running of this event will take place on the Cross Country Championship Course, where the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Championship will be held, and adjacent soccer fields at Gans Creek Recreation Area and will be a 2.5 mile grass loop.
Starting time for 1 hour Cub Run - 4:30pm, April 25, 2025.
Starting time for 24 hour and Tag Team - 6pm, April 25, 2025
Starting time for 12 hour - 6am, April 26, 2025
Starting time for 6 hour - 12pm, April 26, 2025
Ending time for all events - 6pm, April 26, 2025
Awards Ceremony will be at 6:30pm, April 26, 2025
Awards will be awarded to the following:
Men 6/12/24 Hour Solo – 1st & 2nd
Women 6/12/24 Hour Solo – 1st & 2nd
All-Time Miles -1st, 2nd, & 3rd.
Custom Championship Belts will be awarded to each member of the winning team in the Tag Team event
Custom Belt Buckle for those completing 100 miles within the 24 hour event.
Custom t-shirt for those runners completing the distance of 100 miles,100k, 50 miles and 50k(31 miles)
