The 2nd Annual "Full Mo"
It's finally here! Your chance to experience the iconic Monon Trail in its entirety in 1 shot. This 50k course begins in Sheridan, IN, against the peaceful backdrop of Indiana cornfields. We then head south for a beautiful run through burgeoning Hamilton county, lively Broad Ripple, and finally, the undeniably urban home stretch. You will travel beneath the ramps of I-70 and I-65, passing parks, residential areas, and light industrial zones. This year we've shifted things a bit and will be finishing the race on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, culminating with a post race celebration in White River State park! This is the perfect trail run for experienced ultra-marathoners and those looking to add their first ultra-marathon to their resume. This point-to-point race features a slight downhill pitch the entire way and will be run in early June before the midwest temperatures get too oppressive. It will feature numerous aid & water stations as well as sustenance upon completion.
Local time: 12:06 AM
As with all MTC events, proceeds will be donated in support of the MSA Foundation.
We are looking forward to experiencing this journey with you!
A few notes from the race director: We will have a 7hr cutoff for the race this year due to restrictions in the finish area. We will also provide transportation to the start of the race, morning of (as it is point to point). The Monon road crossings, during this years event, will not be policed. Most of these can be easily navigated, though there are a few that you should proceed through with extra caution, these will be talked through prior to the race.
