Ursa Major is a series points contest based on distance (longer races receiving more points). You can run any distance you'd like at the 4 events (sans Chase the Moon; solo option only).

Rock Hawk Trail Races

Held on the gorgeous, thrilling and rolling trails of Castle Rock’s Miller Park & Ridgeline Trail systems. While not overly technical, these trails will challenge and excite, as you soak up the amazing views. This is an excellent race for both first-time and veteran trail runners, and provides a nice test for those who are training for longer summer events. Proceeds of the race benefit the open spaces and trails of Castle Rock, and our partner charities. Voted Best Kids Race in Competitor Magazine’s “Best Of” runner poll, 2016.
