Event Information

WARNING: Like all good Wildland Firefighters, this run is tough.

It is designed to be one of the most challenging 10k's out there. It is steep, slippery, rocky, and exposed. It climbs roughly 1700ft in the first 4.5 miles. After an amazing view at the top, the trail descends quickly and returns to the start/finish line. There will be sections of this trail where you will be hiking, not running. Trekking poles are NOT discouraged, especially for the less experienced trail runners. Carrying drinking water is also recommended. There will be one aid station near the top, only water and encouragement will be provided. If you are unsure whether or not you are prepared for this event, we suggest looking into the 5k. This route travels a much less technical loop around the park, but still provides beautiful views and singe track. The less experienced or adventurous can still have fun and contribute to a great cause!

Proceeds

100% of the proceeds go to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. Come on out for a great run followed by an after-party with food, drinks, and live music at The 395 Craft Beer and Spirits. Learn More About Wildland Firefighter Foundation
