Pikes Peak Ultra
Join us at Pikes Peak Ultra and discover some of the best trails Colorado Springs has to offer. Race Director Justin Ricks’ childhood dream of hosting a race on his home trails became a reality in 2015, when Mad Moose Events created this unforgettable ultra. Starting at Bear Creek Regional Park, the course winds its way up High Drive and into the stunning Cheyenne Canon, where you'll traverse the iconic Seven Bridges Trail before climbing to Pipeline Trail.
Much of the course is run on crushed granite, a hallmark of Colorado Springs’ trail system, offering breathtaking views of Pikes Peak along parts of the Ring the Peak Trail. For those tackling the 50K and 50 Mile courses, you’ll even have the chance to summit Mt. Rosa, where panoramic views of the city below await.
With its challenging terrain and awe-inspiring natural beauty, Pikes Peak Ultra is a must-do for any ultrarunner. Join the Mad Moose Herd and create memories that will last a lifetime.
