Self-Supported.
The Marji Gesick is a Self-Supported event. Aid stations are not offered. GPS is required. Road Rules Apply. In an emergency call 911. The Marji Gesick is intentionally designed to challenge your mind and body. We guarantee, at some point, you will Blame Danny and Todd. Our motto is #findyourlimits, if you're not comfortable doing so, do not sign up.

The course is designed to break you.
People come to claim the elusive hand forged Gordon Gearheart buckle and go home a #quitter. It's hard to believe... 80% of folks will never see the finish line... but it's true. Do you have what it takes? Can you finish in 28-hours for a buckle? Can you finish... at all?
The course is designed to break you. We said it. Marji will test every aspect of your preparation and resilience. Can you navigate with gps? Can you navigate through the night? Can your crew keep you going? And where in the hell are the checkpoints?!
You have some questions to ask yourself.

Do your homework.
First rule of Marji... we're not going to hold your hand. Everything you need to know about the event you have to go find out. Visit the website. Find the Facebook groups. Do your homework. Preparation is your responsibility... and trust us when we say... you don't want to show up unprepared.
