About the event
Solo: finish all legs in time and get your $100 back!
Relay! Form your 2 or 3 person team. 1 kayaker, 1 runner and 1 biker. Relay teams are responsible for transporting their teams kayak back. Same aid rules as the solo; none!
We are looking to crown someone the CanyonMan (or woman) for 2023. Paddle 19 miles on Pine Creek from Ansonia to Rattlesnake Rock; Run 31 miles on West Rim Trail back to Ansonia; Bicycle 50 miles via forestry roads to Rattlesnake Rock and then Rail-Trail back through the canyon once again to Ansonia for the finish. Stage at the Burning Barrel Bar in Ansonia. Start on a Saturday morning when the sun is coming up. Expected completion times of 16-24 hours. 15 lucky people will be allowed to compete. Totally unmarked & unsupported... totally CanyonMan!

Run West Rim Trail – 31 miles, 5000 ft gain, 4600 ft loss
Bicycle – 50 mile loop, 2500 ft gain
