Start off 2016 with the first ultra of the year in Southern California! What could be better than running by the Pacific Ocean on a sunny January day? The course follows the Long Beach pedestrian path with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, The Queen Mary, and downtown Long Beach. A great ultra for first-timers and is challenging enough for ultra veterans. Custom belt buckles to all 100 milers and a unique beach themed medal for 50 milers.
Also, this year there is a $300 dollar cash prize for the overall 100 mile winner and free entry in the 2017 race!
