100 Miles

We added a 100 mile distance to the Loco course in 2019 and since then, the course has seen changes and evolved every year since. 2023 finally has its forever course! This course is a fun, challenging course that will keep runners on their toes. With very little pavement runners can enjoy dirt trails, "no" track, dirt & gravel fire roads, creek crossing, jaw dropping views and several challenging elevation hikes.

Loco aid stations are well stocked with electrolytes, water and hot, cold, sweet and salty ultra foods. Vegan, vegetarian & GF options available. Stations are ran by enthusiastic and helpful volunteers and attentive medics. Runners can expect to enjoy areas called Coyote Head, Coyote Butt, Squiggly Leg and the beloved Lollipop Loop.

Pacers and crew allowed at several easy to reach locations. Participants have 32 hours to complete the course and can enjoy a post-race meal at the finish line.

Run Loco for a fun and challenging adventure through the woods and the best kept secret in Northern California! Visit https://www.intrepidadventuresevents.com/100-mile-info for more info.
