About the event
Field & Forest 5K/10K will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017. This race will take you through both Field and Forest trails with some breathtaking views. Both courses are considered mild to moderate as far as terrain and overall difficulty. This is a perfect race for those new to trail running/hiking and a great recovery run for those recently competing in a longer race. All proceeds go towards Lewistown Home Health and Hospice: The Bridge's Charity Care Program. Lewistown Home Health is a non-profit agency providing skilled nursing as well as physical/occupational/speech therapy, hospice services and maternal/child care to individuals in Mifflin, Juniata and Huntingdon counties. The care is provided in the comfort of the patient's home.
