Making A Difference In The Lives of Others

This dog-friendly trail race benefits ColdSprings Healing Paws Foundation, located in New Ipswich NH and specializes in training canines and handlers for the purpose of helping people with special needs as well as training and certifying canines for therapy work. Their goal is to mentor and prepare you to leave an impact with a highly trained dog.

Race Course

The race course is a 5k off road trail run on well maintained XC trails that twist and turn and roll their way through the Boston University Sargent Center, located in Hancock, NH. The trails go between non-technical with no roots or rocks to a few technical ups and downs with some hills with views of Halfmoon Pond and Dinsmore Pond. The surface of the trails is mainly dirt sprinkled with pine needles, pine cones, leaves, twigs, roots, small rocks and a few wooden bridges. Tail running shoes are recommended but not necessary.
