Because this is a race that is supporting a local charity, there will be no refunds. Any bib transfers or race deferrals will need to be completed no later than September 15. No Exceptions.

About the Event

We are pleased to be partnering with K9 Camo Companions, a great local non-profit who's mission is dedicated to assisting veterans in West Michigan with companion animals for emotional support. Some of the additional services they provide include, veterinarian visits, vaccines, and micro-chipping. They provide obedience training to the pet, and teaching the veteran how to maintain the training. They also assist with the needs of the pet upon placement by providing items such as bowls, beds, food and treats. All at no charge to the veteran! A portion of the proceeds will go directly to this great local organization!

Important Information

As an initiative to promote environmental consciousness, this will be a cup-less race. We will be requiring all runners to carry a bottle of water with them. Handhelds are preferred, but we will be providing a bottle of water to all runners prior to the beginning of the race. There will be no water station along the course, so bringing a water bottle is required.

Course Description

The race course will follow just over 3 miles of some of the best winding, rolling and roller-coasting single track trails in the West Michigan area. The trails are located in the woods just to the east of Cannonsburg Ski Area, accessible from the parking lot of Cannonsburg during the non-skiing season.
